Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

At mytiaki, your satisfaction and your child’s well-being are our top priorities. We understand that sometimes plans change or a product may not meet expectations. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
    ➤ To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@mytiaki.com with your order number.

  • After Shipment:
    Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, be eligible for a return (see Section 2).


2. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products—many of which are personal care, wellness, or perishable items—we accept returns only on eligible unopened and unused products, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., lotions, supplements, bath products)

  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive items (e.g. oils, lip balms, SniffleSoothe Balm)

  • Digital products or downloadable materials

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@mytiaki.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery at [your email] with photos and your order number.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
